Here are a few things I use/do on myself and clients to increase hair growth, strength and health!

Of course, you want to get to the root cause and figure out “why?” is my hair thinning or falling out? This could be from genetics, health, hormones, nutrients, damage etc.

  1. Figure out what could be causing it.

  2. According to chinese medicine - hair is an extension of our blood. Healthy Blood = Healthy Hair. Working on kidney points through face reflexology (or any reflexology) has been helpful!

  3. Adding in supplements. Collagen or a Hair/Skin/Nails support blend may be beneficial in speeding up the growth of your hair. Ask your doctor before adding in any vitamins and supplements.

  4. High Frequency Comb. These can be found online and are safe for home use. Using a high frequency comb helps oxygenate and stimulate the scalp and hair follicles! Only use this on clean dry hair and follow instructions on the manual for safety.

  5. Find a scalp serum to treat your scalp and hair throughout the week. Our Flower Faction Stimulating Scalp Serum can be used as often as desired, I like to do every other day or 1-2x a week. Its made with a blend of oils that stimulate the scalp for better blood flow and nutrients to the hair follicles, this is also hydrating to the scalp and hair and may improve dandruff as well.
